RUG DELIVERY

As part of the VRI approach to customer care we have entered into a partnership with Parcelforce to offer a quality service with real-time tracking facilities for customers.  98% of all order will be dispatched for delivery within 4 working days although we request a period of 28 days grace to fulfil your order. The delivery costs are as follows:

UK MAINLAND

Items up to 80cm wide with a maximum weight of 2.5Kgs is £4.95
Items from 81cms wide up to 145cms with a max weight of 10Kgs is £9.95
Items from 146cms up to 240cms wide with a max weight 20Kgs is £14.95.
Items over 241cms wide and max weight of 30Kgs will still be charged at £14.95. This service, whilst offering exceptional value for large items does not include a customer orientated tracking facility.

OFFSHORE UK deliveries surcharge

Northern Ireland – as per UK mainland
Republic of Ireland – as per UK mainland with non-tracked service.
Scottish Highlands/Islands – as per UK mainland with £10.00 supplement per item.
All other UK offshore locations – as per UK mainland with £10.00 supplement per item

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

As worldwide destinations can vary greatly, we entered into partnership with the GLS Corporation to offer the best international service and value.  We attach some typical examples of delivery costs for your information however we request that you contact our sales team for an exact, individual quotation based upon your needs.

    1) Western Europe including Benelux countries - France , Germany , Spain, Italy etc - £25.00 per item.

    2) Central and Southern Europe – Greece, Hungary, Slovakia, Switzerland, Poland - £30.00 per item

    3) Rest of Europe - £90.00 per item.

    4) USA £60.00

    5) Australia £90.00

    6) Hong Kong £90.00
